Hi I’m Gill and I’ve been designing and delivering learning for over 25 years, helping organisations develop their people, introduce change with confidence, and create learning experiences that genuinely make a difference.
Throughout my career I’ve worked across the charity, healthcare and public sectors, working with organisations including the Royal British Legion, We Are With You, The King’s Trust, the NHS and other voluntary sector organisations. Whether I’m creating a leadership programme, supporting a major organisational change, or facilitating a workshop, my focus is always the same: making learning practical, engaging and relevant to the people in the room.
I believe learning should never feel like a tick-box exercise. The best learning happens when people feel curious, involved and confident enough to contribute their own experiences. That’s why I enjoy designing sessions that are collaborative, thought-provoking and enjoyable; because people remember what they experience, not just what they’re told.
Over the years I’ve worked on everything from leadership development and management programmes to digital transformation, safeguarding, facilitation skills, business change and organisational development. I’ve led national training programmes, managed learning teams, modernised learning systems and helped organisations make their learning more accessible and inclusive.
One of the things I enjoy most is bringing people together. Whether that’s helping leaders connect across organisations, supporting teams through change, or creating space for meaningful conversations, I love seeing the moment when people begin to see things differently and learn from one another.
Today I work as an independent Learning & Development consultant, partnering with organisations that want thoughtful, high-quality learning rather than off-the-shelf training. Every organisation is different, so I take time to understand your people, your culture and what success looks like before designing a solution that fits.
