Integration Sessions

Is your organisation going through a restructure? Do you have teams that have recently been merged together? It can feel a bit “us and them” unless some work is done to integrate the teams and start working together as one cohesive team.

Facilitated Integration Sessions are ideal, especially when facilitated by an external person like myself. I have no “side” to take and can remain neutral throughout. Staff often feel more able to raise grievances or issues to me and this can often help clear the air.

They can be a single session over a full or half day, or it can be a series of sessions.

Any organisation or business that has some teams that aren’t working well together for any reason. This session works really well for staff that have been TUPE’d or combined in any way.

This session aims to help teams get to know each other both as individuals and colleagues. It can deliver messages about new working methods and ease the transition during larger changes.  Staff will also have an opportunity to explore their personal resilience and identify any skill gaps they’d like to address.
